The Department of Textile and Fashion Designing was established in the year 2004. It adopts a well tailored curriculum that focuses on imparting sound knowledge on various aspects of Textile and Fashion Designing. The program also provides a plenty of opportunities for Fashion Designing aspirants. It is instituted with a state of the art infrastructure and facilities to nurture a world class learning experience emphasising on the practical element of designing.
The department also has a library with adequate number of books to aid the journey of self discovery.
The team of faculty brings with them ample academic and industrial exposure, thereby giving the student an insight into the developments taking place in the industry.
The student are also adequately exposed to the changing needs of the industries through industrial visits, seminars and guest lectures etc..,
