Internal Complaint Committee

• The main objectives of an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) are to prevent sexual harassment by creating a safe and respectful environment, to provide a mechanism for addressing complaints impartially and confidentially, and to raise awareness about gender equality and the rights and responsibilities of employees and students.
  
  The ICC investigates complaints, provides support to complainants, implements disciplinary actions when necessary, and implements policies that promote a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
